UClarity— Denmark market entry
Built Microsoft alignment, partner visibility, joint marketing activity, and early customer-facing momentum.
Fractional strategic advisory
Helping founders, startups, scale-ups, and smaller software-driven companies turn complexity into direction, traction, and progress.
I help leadership teams align go-to-market, partnerships, marketing, and execution — so growth moves forward instead of pulling apart.
30+ years across software, partner ecosystems, go-to-market, and growth execution.
Biznabler is most useful when the opportunity is real, but the structure around growth is no longer keeping up.
Direction is getting harder to hold.
Positioning, priorities, and commercial choices are not clear enough.
Partner activity is not becoming progress.
Relationships exist, but ownership, incentives, and follow-through are weak.
The company is stronger than the market story.
The product or technology is better than the way the company is currently understood and presented.
Everything is connected, but not moving together.
Product, sales, marketing, partners, delivery, and internal capacity compete for attention.
Clarifying priorities, strategic choices, and what deserves attention now.
Sharpening positioning, messaging, market story, and visual direction.
Turning partner intent into clear roles, shared value, ownership, and progress.
Adapting go-to-market and operating structures before complexity slows growth.
Making better commercial choices around platforms, ecosystems, partners, and adoption.
Connecting strategy to internal teams, external partners, offshore and distributed delivery, suppliers, and AI-assisted workflows — with an eye for practical, cost-effective execution.
You do not need a finished brief or a large programme. The first conversation is free and without obligation. We use it to understand the situation, explore a useful starting point, and see whether there is a good personal and professional fit.
Understand the situation
We identify what is happening, what feels stuck, and where clarity is missing.
Choose the right starting point
This may be one important decision, a focused commercial challenge, or a few practical steps that create momentum.
Decide the level of support
The work can begin as a focused advisory session, a short project, or ongoing fractional support — depending on what is genuinely useful and realistic.
I am used to working within real constraints and helping companies make the available resources count.
We start with direction and the choices that create clarity and focus.
I stay close to the work and help move decisions into action.
Trusted specialists, partners, suppliers, offshore resources, and AI-assisted workflows can support where they add value.
The goal is not more meetings, more decks, or more motion.
The goal is clearer direction, better decisions, and progress you can act on.

Across these roles, my work has covered unified communications and collaboration technologies, enterprise software, cloud alliances, data and AI, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market execution.
I spent around 15 years working in Microsoft partner environments, building practical experience in technology, partnerships, sales, and market development.
I spent six years working directly with Microsoft’s headquarters organization while based in Europe. My role involved international initiatives across Microsoft subsidiaries and partner ecosystems, connected to the early foundation of what later evolved into Microsoft Teams.
Most of my advisory work since Microsoft has been with founders, startups, scale-ups, and smaller software-driven companies — often where resources are limited, priorities compete, and progress depends on making the right next move.
I work comfortably across markets and organizational levels — from boards and executive teams to partners, specialists, and people close to day-to-day execution.
Built Microsoft alignment, partner visibility, joint marketing activity, and early customer-facing momentum.
Helped stabilize a difficult startup situation involving vendor collaboration, product direction, delivery pressure, and founder support.
Supported offshore partner selection, CTO coaching, explainer-video development, and a broader platform transition.
Each year, I make time to support a small number of early-stage founders or projects on a pro bono basis — especially where experience can unlock progress faster than capital alone.
